featuring photos of her captivating and outlandish transgender friend Page,
who was a cult figure of NYC's gender-bending nightlife in the 1990s.
The release party pays homage to Page with a slideshow and video installation,
go-go dancing by the gender-bending troupe Chez Deep and special guests,
and music by DJ Formika.
Autographed books available for $20.
The party occurs
Wednesday,
November 13th,
from 7 to 10pm,
at the rough-and-tumble gay bar
the Cock,
29 Second Avenue
(between 1st and 2nd Streets).
There is no cover,
and drinks are 2-for-1.
