Dommy's Birthday - Frankfurt
Wie in jedem Jahr feiere ich meinen Geburtstag wieder öffentlich, bereits im letzten Jahr haben mich etwa 300 Gäste (in Heppenheim) besucht.
Unter anderem werden neben mir noch 4 Gast DJs auflegen.

It's the final Bender of 2013! Upstairs we have the man with many a bowl-cut wig, crotch-revealing bodysuits and head show off at Sink the Pink: GLYN FAMOUS. He'll be on the mic, on the decks and possibly on your face before lights up. Accompanying him is the man behind that crooked house of trannydom: Da Nycdownlow. GIDEON BERGER giving it big bender sounds. And more! The fabulous KIDDY SMILE is coming over from Paris to perform a clutch of thumping tracks including 'Worthy of Your Love'.
Dowstairs, for those who remember MALCOLM DUFFY from his days at Trade (guilty) he'll need no introduction - he played some of the best sets at a night that took gay clubbing to a different level. None of us really knew what a night out was until we'd spent a Sunday day at Turnmills. Proper. Brilliant. Bender. He'll be joined by honorary lezza and confirmed bender CATHAL.

Nel 1989 si sposta a Birmigham, dalla sua città natale Kislingbury, nel Northamptonshire, per studiare audio-visual-design, suonando in una band Jazz/rock/fusion chiamata Blim, imparò anche a fare il dj dal suo amico Paul Damage.
A quel tempo non c'erano clubs techno a Birmingham così insieme ai suoi amici creò House of God dove suonava regolarmente.
Nel 1994 uscì con il suo primo EP Eponymous su Downwards records.
Lo stile musicale di Surgeon è caratterizzato dall' incorporazione degli aspetti del lato più cinematografico e di sinistra del suo background musicale nel suo materiale da club.
Le sue produzioni ed il suo repertorio da dj sono ispirate da krautock e industrial bands tipo Faust, Coil e Whitehouse. Come è notevolmente influenzato dalla Chicago house, Techno, dub music ed electro e da personaggi al di fuori della musica come Mike Leigh, David Linch, William S. Burroughs, Bret Easton Ellis e Cindy Sherman.
Child è anche conosciuto per le diverse e significative collaborazioni della sua carriera. Essa include esperimenti tonali con Micke Harris, British Murder Boys con Regis e più recentemente come Frequency7 con Ben Sims.
Egli ha realizzato anche la musica per il gioco della PS2: Street Racing
