THE TREES Kickstarted campaign
The Trees is a feature-length documentary about the design and construction of the 9/11 Memorial plaza in New York City.
Filmed over five years, The Trees documents the journey of over 400 oak tress from their temporary home in New Jersey to the World Trade Center Memorial.
Through the stories of the landscape architects, engineers and arborists who plan and construct the Memorial, The Trees explores the building of one of the world's most innovative "green" roof gardens.
