the Valerian root definetely worx; 
have done it b4 ..   
can also put the drops a few drops directly into 2 ur mouth..


isn't it also so ironic how "moral" the Victorian society was, yet they prescribed opium 2 go 2 sleep; i guess it helped get the pole out of ass . .   
(maybe i shuld draw a diagram . .  ::heehee) 





melatonin i've sworn by since 4ever . .

also great for any long trips on busses, trains, planes ..  

also the 1st time 
(or if stopped takin it 4 a while)  
best to start a few yrs b4 actually havin 2 go 2 sleep 
& start takin one @ a time .. 
then wait 15-30 mins .. 
c the effects.. 
then take another . .
2 figure out ur dosage . .






also have popped em by day . .  
here and there . .  
more towards the afternoon . .  
like @ the end of a work shift(s)  . .   
2 slowly unwind . .   
by the time i left work i left the work there, 
not take it with me 
(figuratively speaking); 


WARNING:
that takes practice .. 
cause if ur dosage is very low 2 go 2 sleep then poppin a melatonin   2 soon may not work out so well by day  etc etc







lavender is great .. 
i've actually been makin my own tea 4 quite a few months as an herbal drink by day  . .

also work with a shot of vodka 
(better wen organic)  
as a healthy relaxing cocktail ;)   .. 

if the whole body had been stressed .. 
great in bath also 
(most ppl prob know that though) ..



also those relaxation exercises do work .. 

i've been doin a version without even knowing about them .. 
4 a few years now . . 
i guess basically noticed on my own that its relaxing.. 


they are also great if u have any nerve issues ..





i even do them by day sometimes .. 

like stretching the foot & rotate my ankles . .
 .. a little strech of the arms.. 
a little stretch of the neck . .  
a little stretch of the jaw .. 
a little massage of my temples . . 





the blue lights things worx also.. 
& didn't even know about that . . 
good 2 kno.. 

but i have blue walls in the bedroom .. 
and it does allow me 2 wake up better  . .





unless i cannot sleep . .
then as soon as the sun comes up the blue lights up the whole bedroom . ...
from the light sneaking in lighting the whole place up . .  

 & starts 2 block natural melatonin 
(as per this documentary )

. . so i guess very true re: black-out blinds and curtains  . .  





also last but not least . .

snoozing .. 

i set my alarm 4 go off every 15 mins ..  


for 30 mins 2 an hour b4 having 2 wake up  . .



i guess it is true that the body naturally wants to awake from 7 am till noon  . .


cause even if i didn't get ehough sleep  with the snoozing i gradually bring myself out of deep sleep 
(hopefully deep sleep)   . .   



even if im only gettin four hours. .
 i'd rather snooze for 45 mins to an hour of it and wake up fine . . 
rather than wake up right there @ 4 hours  . . 
and then be cranky  . . 
 or even do that "well another 15 mins wuldn't hurt"   . . 
 then end up running around like a chicken with head cut off frantically tryin 2 get ready 2 go  . . 
 then stress myself out even more  . . 
then maybe even 4get something .. 
then have 2 run back home .. 
then maybe i may b late 4 work now .. 
oh no the boss might get mad   . . 
may even repremand me .. 
oh no i hate that shit . . 
i hope it isnt my last notice 2 b on time   . . 
shuld i start looking 4 another job . . 
 etc etc



if only i had "snoozed"

(i can always nap again on the train or bus  . . )
