For this first event we chose to feature artists from various fields: digital illustration, photomanipulation, generative art, 3D design...
No specific theme or technique is promoted. Curioos aims to highlight the richness of digital art as a full-fledged artistic movement.
After numerous visits to the SoHo Gallery for Digital Art (SGDA), also known as SoHo ARTHOUSE, our team is positive that the viewing of artworks on wide LCD screens is the best possible way to view digital art. As many art collectors and journalists will be attending our exhibition opening, we are very excited to offer our artists this exceptional visibility in the very heart of one of Manhattan's trendiest neighborhoods.

[The contest is closed] The following artists have won features in our Exhibition at the SoHo Gallery for Digital Arts in NYC January 6-12th, 2014
Our 1st Place winner determined by public vote is Mayka Cantu! With 1348 votes, Mayka wins a feature on a screen dedicated to 6 of her artworks.
Our 14 featured artists then co-opted 10 more winners from the overall top 40 artists with the most votes in our contest. These artists win a feature on a shared screen:
Nicola Felasquez Felaco, Jason Ratliff, Pete Harrison, Martin Grohs, Cranio Dsgn, Chulhwee Kim, Rafido Raphael Francavilla, Gustavo Fajardo Mazariegos, Leroy van Drie, & Yohan Deiron Pedre.
