We are pleased to announce a soft opening party of sorts at a brand new venue in Bushwick, Lot 45. The 250 capacity space boasts a brand new d&b audiotechnik soundsystem and DJ Chris Patrick will be laying down an eclectic range of beats all night including downtempo/hiphop/garage/house+
