MARKETING ASST POSITION OPEN
To work under the direction of the VP of Corporate Services and Marketing.
Day to Day Responsibilities Include:
- Posting jobs to our social media platforms (LinkedIn, Google+, Twitter, Tumblr and Facebook)
- In addition to posting jobs (our main form of content) you will post content daily for our Facebook and Twitter presence.
- Acting as the go-to person for all social media inquiries.
- Assist with social media billing and administrative related tasks
- Manage content submitted by social media team members and edit/resize content to each social media platform accordingly.
- Monitoring our social media platform through Sprout Social and responding to inquiries, spam, and negative publicity.
- Reputation Management (occasionally check review sites for any negative reviews that have the potential for removal)
- Must save all documents in an organized way and document any special marketing projects physically and digitally.
- The role may include organizing and saving RFPs in according with the VP's organization system.
- The role may include creating customized tutorials for social media and various other types of software.
***The person who will succeed in this role will be an administrator with an interest in social media, public relations, and/or marketing.***

The marketing manager/coordinator will be responsible for the marketing efforts that support the Billboard brand and the Billboard sales team.
Reporting to the director of marketing, the marketing manager/coordinator will play a critical role in developing marketing ideas and creating materials/presentations for Billboard’s online, print and event properties as well as managing relationships with and executing programs for major sponsors.
• Lead the RFP process to drive ad revenue for Bilboard.com, Billboard magazine, Billboard.biz, Billboard events and other Billboard brand extensions
• Develop marketing programs, materials and presentations for the Billboard sales team to help build and maintain Billboard’s client roster
• Work with Billboard’s partners, sponsors and licensees to make sure that their marketing/PR goals are met
• Manage Billboard’s barter agreements with large trade shows, industry associations and charitable foundations
• Be a liaison between internal group and Billboard’s PR team
Required Skills:
• Working knowledge of digital marketing (including social marketing) and advertising
• Ability to come up with big, creative ideas based on client needs
• Strong sense of how to translate marketing goals into product solutions

Desired experience:

Job Title: Sr. Manager – Gatorade Communications
Description: Manage and execute integrated brand communications efforts for Gatorade. The Sr. Manager will work with Gatorade’s agencies and the Gatorade brand teams to ensure that brand marketing objectives are optimally supported through traditional and non-traditional earned media. The Sr. Manager will lead execution for Gatorade’s U.S.-based initiatives.
Scope of Work:
• Assist with development of creative communications plans to support Gatorade’s products, including innovation launches, product benefits and consumer engagement initiatives.
• Lead Gatorade communications initiatives including execution at Super Bowl, AOY/POY, Beat the Heat, etc. Support and leverage sports marketing assets including NBA, NFL, MLB, MLS, NASCAR, etc.
