Handle Account Management and Production work at MSD for multiple clients.
· At least 6+ years of experience in advertising, PR, marketing on agency side or client side
· They should be strategic and creative
· A self-starter, who is really going to help grow the business
· Very strong PPT skills (should be able to use, and also design great looking slides and presentations – not just build an all text slide)
· Good understanding of Media – how it is bought/sold/works
· Resourceful and highly energetic
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Willing to take ownership and run with projects without daily instruction
· Digital media/social savvy – has implemented campaigns on social platforms in the past, not simply use them.
· Able to project manage source resources to produce things like websites, short films, photoshoots…
· Healthy understanding of digital production, and basic understanding of Broadcast production, would be ideal.
- Excited about the start-up space, and knows a good deal about what is happening in that space
· Ideally, have some design experience

A year from now, they would be the key stewart to getting client work done, leading the business forward, and to allow me to focus on new business, and my side projects.
