The night before the event, Saturday August 16th On Target will be offering a "Players Party". This will include BBQ, Live Music, Free Camping, and Free Recreational Play (with purchase of field paint) under the lights (Hyperpipe, Speedball, and More)
Sunday August 17, 2014 - 10 am Game Start
On Target Paintball, in association with Team 609, presents "Living Dead", a unique 8-hour scenario that will offer game elements never seen before in similar themed games. This game will provide a true and fearful experience pinning two survivor groups against each-other to fight for resources, rescue neutral survivors in the area and find a way to stay free of infection and means of escape. Living Dead scenario will place mass groups of live infected role-players into the battle field during key points of the game.
That's right, players will not only have to be mindful of enemy combatants but hordes of infected subjects that can engulf them without warning. The infected entity will host various types of zombies. Interested parties please carefully read infected rules (to come shortly)
The CDC, with the assistance of remaining elements of the U.S. Military have begun sweeping the area, eliminating all traces of the infection and survivors who may carry the virus. Stranded pockets of civilian resistance have united embedded themselves in an abandon prison complex nearby. Disarray and tensions have built between the two sides as hordes of infected make haste of communications. The CDC seem to be after more than a cure and the Stranded won't easily surrender their precious resources and stronghold.
