For our fourth and last installment of sound situations, entitled INCORPOREAL, and curated by Olimpia Dior, we are welcoming performers Heather Boo, India Salvor Menuez, Brian Close, and Justin Tripp - a group of visual and sound artists collaborating on various mediums in New York City circa 2014. They will be improvising a piece called "Resting at Hotel Particulier.”
We are also hosting in residence the first edition of awindow until august 12, 2014 - a design gallery project exploring the process of consumption, by creating a filter through which excitement and discovery can reintroduce themselves. Is both named after the collective that created it and made to resemble a literal shop window installation, with limited edition design objects. > read more

Located in a former loading dock in Soho Hudson Square, Hotel Particulier is a curated establishment, with an experiential space for retail, cultural events, and art programming. Hotel Particulier’s creative bureau provides as well creative content and art consulting with a roaster of artists (emerging and established), experts across different disciplines, and welcomes creatives and specific projects in residence or by membership.
