BOS ‘13 is thrilled to announce “Moving Forward,” a landmark one-day fringe concert series on Sunday, June 2 at Brooklyn Fire Proof East hosted by composer and performer Ian M. Colletti, (Vaudeville/ Vaudeville Park).
Featuring 26 musical acts on both indoor and outdoor simultaneous stages ranging from undiscovered local gems to established artists, “Moving Forward” is comprised of forward thinking artists spanned across diverse musical genres, including folk, new music, synthwave, psychedelic, avant-garde pop, dark wave and cold wave.
Special performances by Brian Chase, lead percussionist of the Yeah Yeah Yeahs, performing music from his latest solo album, “Drums and Drones,” and a unique duo set by Greg Saunier of Deerhoof with Sarah Magenheimer, Little Women, Erika Spring of Au Revoir Simone, Ian M. Colletti's solo project "Vaudeville", Delphic Oracle, Saltlands and Matana Roberts from Constellation records among other local renowned artists.
