The goal of this night is to raise enough money to rebuild the Tk Nurul Akmal kindergarten in Indonesia that was destroyed along with an estimated 3,000 other schools in the September 2009 earthquake that devastated West Java and is still left without help. For only $44K, 55 children ages three to six will have hope for a better future restored to their lives. With a safe school to return to, their parents will be able to go back to work, in turn stabilizing the entire community.
Since inception, Happy Hearts Fund has rebuilt 55 kindergartens in Indonesia, with over 3,500 children enrolled in that country this year alone.
