       LOOKING FOR ACCT DIRECTORS
 
I'm looking for 2 x full-time Account Directors to join the Culture Shop NY team:

Account Director 1
1) Start date asap, working on a new global product launch – role involves developing annual activation plan including launch events, conference roadshow, private dinners/receptions, partner negotiations and management, developing project budgets, asset collation, video content production, online registration, attendee engagement and product demo experience, talent management, promotion development, management and fulfillment plus support functions i.e. hotel/car service coordination

Account Director 2
2) Start date mid March, working on the Consumer Electronics Show - activation includes large scale booth build, celeb speaker talent, theater presentations, video content production, management of 40+ partners, meeting room, catering, hotel and car service management plus various private lunch/dinner events

• Our services focus on cultural impact strategy, including:
o Entertainment Marketing (Strategy and Execution, Original Content Development, Studio/Network/Writer Collaborations)
o Partnership Marketing (Celeb/Talent ID, Sponsorships and Licensed Promotions)
o Event & Promotional Marketing (Idea Generation, Live Brand Experiences)
o Conversation Management (Public Relations (Editorial), Social/Digital Media Strategy)
• We have offices in both New York City (Meatpacking District) and Los Angeles

Specific Requirements – Ask for….

Key duties include:
• Day to day client management across various Verizon line of businesses
• Day to day management of personnel at vendors/partner agencies
• Assistance with the development and creation of activation plans
• Responsibility for budget creation and tracking costs for select elements
• Day to day interaction with internal teams including creative, production and PR giving guidance, problem solving and ensuring all areas are running smoothly
• Ownership of key select areas of the overall event program including developing the attendee experience, program mechanics, logistics etc.
• Key on-site account team member during event set-up and activation
• Assistance with developing recap deck

Experience
• 8+ years of progressive, agency account management experience
• 3+ years in a supervisory capacity
• Exceptional partner/client management skills
