so been tryin these eatin habits i came up with
2 improve voice & my well-being
because i'm done with dealing with heavy muscles that need 2 loosen up ..
requires cardio ..
wether bicycling while singing..
or performing every night or so
(like u have 2 train ur voice while ur doin it )

1st raw vegetables . .
then whole grain carbs ..
& only whole grain carbs ..
(not even a bite of protein)
(not even a bite of protein)
( alcohol is also a carb ::hehe::
after eating raw vegetables ::hehehe::)
working quite well so far
( disclaimer: might take a few weex though)
